Description:

The museum was opened in October 2002. Its founder – Mykhajlo Struk, participant of the hostilities of Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists - Ukrainian Insurrectional Army (OUN UPA).

On Victory Day in 2000 Mykhajlo Struk saw how local people were standing up in honour of the memory of the OUN UPA warriors, that sacred their lives in Second World War, in hangman casemates of KGB, in Siberia; all these stimulated Mykhajlo Struk to open the museum «Fighters for the liberty of Ukraine ».

Firstly he agreed about the room for the exhibits. Than he started to collect pictures and other materials for the museum. In 2002 the museum was opened.

Working days: Monday-Friday; days off: Saturday-Sunday.

Working hours: 8:00-14:00.
